Haus of Worthship is where sharp, done-performing women stop taking direction from everyone else's opinion of them and start running their own life again. This is the Worthy AF Method. It's not therapy, it's not a retreat, and it's not going to ask you to journal your way out of a pattern you can already name.

About the Method

The gap is simpler than you've been making it.

You're not falling apart. You're just feeling a little dead inside on a really impressive schedule.

Right now you know exactly what you're doing and you cannot stop doing it. You've taken the course, sat through the workshop, and the shift never quite held. Where you want to be is a version of your life where that first sentence is no longer true. That's the whole gap. Not a complex identity overhaul. Not a complete dismantling of everything you've built. One specific, nameable, interruptible gap, between knowing and doing, between seeing the pattern and catching it in real time, between making a decision on autopilot and making one that's actually yours.

This isn't therapy and it isn't a retreat.

After years of watching wildly capable women chase borrowed definitions of success while feeling disconnected from themselves, myself included, I realized personal growth as an industry stops at diagnosis.

It hands you language for your patterns and calls that the finish line. I built Haus of Worthship for what happens after that.
